Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

        1. Return Window:

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your t-shirt(s) for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

        2. Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized t-shirts are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Record unboxing video of a product, product return only in case of damage or another product replaced by mistake. 

         3. How to Return:

To start the return process, please contact us at oversizedculture@gmail.com.

providing your order number and reason for return.

We will guide you through the process and provide a return label if applicable.

            4. Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 12Hours.

For exchanges, please specify the size or color you want to exchange your item for.

              5. Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

              6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
